Signing In

Your organization’s admin will create your account and provide you with login credentials. There is no self-service signup — this keeps your organization’s data private and controlled.

  1. Go to VEKTIS and enter the email and temporary password provided by your admin
  2. Change your password — You’ll be prompted to set a new password on your first sign in. Choose something secure.
  3. You’re in — After changing your password, you’ll land on the dashboard

Your session stays active while you’re using VEKTIS. If you’ve been away for a while, you may need to sign in again — this is normal and keeps your account secure.

When your admin creates your account, they assign you a role:

  • Admin — Full access to create, edit, and manage everything
  • Viewer — Read-only access to all data
